Delta Council of PTAs

The Delta Council is the volunteer organization that manages east Contra Costa County PTA and PTSA for elementary, middle, and high schools. We are currently responsible for 23 schools under our council. The mission of the Delta Council of PTAs is to positively impact the lives of all children and families.
