General Business of the Association.

In accordance with Thirty- Second District PTA Bylaws:
Article VI, SECTION 1.

The voting body of Thirty-Second District shall consist of all members whose dues are paid in associations within the District and who have been members for thirty (30) days, except at the annual meeting when the voting system outlined in Article XII, Section 4, shall be used.

***SECTION 2.

Voting by proxy is PROHIBITED.

Article IX, SECTION 5.

District association meetings are open to all members of the associations comprising the District voting body as outlined in Article VI – District Voting Body.
